AVAILABILITY
Please e-mail us prior to order to confirm availability of any item. Items will be marked as on hold until payment is received in full.

PRICES
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling.

VAT
We only operate the margin scheme; all UK VAT is included within the purchase price and will be borne by us.
VAT only applies to sales within the European Community; EU VAT number can be supplied after purchase.

DISPATCH
Overseas purchases will be dispatched using Fedex, DHL or UPS and, depending on size of article, an international carrier's advise is always sought. If you have a preferred carrier, instructions should be sent via email, fax or over the telephone. All charges will be added to the invoice.

RETURNS
After prior notification by email, fax or telephone, any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt on any reasonable basis. Returns are at the expense of the buyer.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made on receipt of invoice in favour of Harvey Ferry; items will only be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.
Payment is preferred in Pounds Sterling by cheque in the UK.
From overseas, by Banker's Draft or Wire Transfer in Sterling or US dollars [details supplied at time of order].

CREDIT CARDS
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Please make arrangements by prior telephone call, email or fax. We need to add 1% to purchase price towards transaction charges. Credit card payments will be processed in Pounds Sterling and converted to local currencies by the customer's card issuer.

SERVICES
We act for clients at auctions and advise on collections; we operate a seek and find service on behalf of our clients.
